Nordic Walking

Check out this new activity! It's not often that an activity is easy to do and so good for you in every way. Nordic Walking, the simple addition of poles to your daily fitness walk, is just that. Nordic Walking turns your everyday "vanilla" walk into a full body "hot fudge sundae with sprinkles on the top" It adds an upper body workout that engages your back, shoulders arms and core muscles. Bring a friend, co-worker or relative for a great  workout-Sessions led by Linda Lemke-The Nordic Walking Queen. Nordic walking equipment supplied. Activity will be inside or outside depending on the weather.
