Kids Chef Camp (Ages 9-13)

Join us in our 3-part cooking camp for all kids who love to be in the kitchen! Each day we’ll explore a different culinary theme.

Day 1: Great British Bake Off – baking cakes, making frosting, fillings, and decorating. Each student will make their own Victorian Sponge with Chantilly Cream and Berries to take home!

Day 2: Scratch Pasta – A kid-sized version of our fresh pasta making class. Students will hand roll pasta dough with our Italian pasta rollers. Then we’ll make a fresh tomato marinara, garlic bread and a delicious green salad.

Day 3: Steakhouse – Learn how to create a steakhouse menu.

Students will learn kitchen safety, proper food handling, kitchen etiquette, math and science, table settings, food preparation and presentation, and cleaning up. This camp will meet at Abundant Kitchen (134 Lake Boulevard So, Buffalo)
