Hypnosis: Weight Loss, Stop Smoking, and chewing Tobacco

Hypnosis can help you control your eating habits and cravings. You can stop overeating and snacking in between meals and in the evenings. Learn to eat healthy and get motivated to walk and exercise.

If tobacco is controlling your life, health and money hypnosis can help to stop smoking and or chewing without withdrawal, cravings or weight gain.

All participants should check in @ 5:45pm, an introduction to hypnosis will start @ 6pm and is required for all participants. Smoking and tobacco participants will come back @ 7:45pm for their session.

Bring a pillow, blanket, sleeping bag for added comfort.

Check in @ 5:45pm with 6 pm Intro for all participants

Includes reinforcement CD
