This course is Behind the Wheel (BTW) instruction only, for those that did not attend 30-hours of classroom instruction with BHM Community Education.

The student must have a valid Minnesota Instructional Permit to begin BTW instruction. All instruction is with a licensed teacher you can trust. Each behind the wheel appointment will be scheduled directly with the instructor. Various days and times between July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026. Students meet their BTW instructor in front of the Buffalo High School, south parking lot.

ACTION NEEDED: After registering and paying for BTW instruction, a parent/guardian and the student will complete the Behind-the-Wheel Instruction Request Form by clicking this link. Within 4-7 business days of submitting that form, you will receive confirmation of your request to the email you provided and information about scheduling your Behind-the-Wheel (BTW) sessions. Completion of this form is the first step in the process prior to scheduling your BTW sessions with our instructors.
