Step into the future of football with our exciting youth spring league! This fast-paced, minimal-contact league helps players develop football skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game in a fun, safe environment. Whether new to the sport or looking to improve, our spring season offers the perfect opportunity to grow and enjoy football.

Program Details:
● Games are on Sundays only, with practices held one hour prior each week.
● Regular season sessions are approximately 1.5 hours each. Exact league times TBD between 1-7pm
● The State Tournament is on May 3.  This is an all-day event with divisions competing in multiple brackets within scheduled time frames. (Twin Cities location - TBD)

What’s Included in the fee:
● Flag Belts (5v5 only)
● Practice T-Shirt
● Game Uniform
● Minimum 8 games + practices
● State Tournament

Required Equipment:
● Soft shell helmets (available for purchase/rent during registration)
● Mouth guards
