In this hands-on class, you will learn to create a beautiful, full-flavored mezze spread using Chef Tess’ personal recipes. On the Menu: Mediterranean Kebabi; full flavored / seasoned ground meat skewers with Greek Drizzle Dressing, Tiropitakia; Phyllo wrapped savory cheese triangles, accompanied by Tzatziki; Savory Greek Yogurt Dip, and Greek hummus, in addition to homemade Pita Bread!
