About Opening Doors

Opening Doors Program is for anyone, age 16+, with a disability. The program serves five communities (Becker, Big Lake, Buffalo-Hanover-Montrose, Howard Lake/Waverly/Winsted & Monticello). Classes and activities are adapted for adults with cognitive and physical disabilities. All activities are guided by caring Opening Doors staff. Holiday Dinner and Dance
Opening Doors

Join us for this seasonal tradition. The Opening Doors dinner and dance will be held at the Discovery Elementary Gym. This is a free event but please call BHM Community Education between November 1-30 with names, updated address and phone number along with any dietary restrictions. We will require that you check in at the door and have all names on our roster, including staff and/or family members. We look forward to a night with friends, family and caregivers.
